My name is Diana. 8 soon to be 9 months ago I gave birth to my firstborn and maybe only child (the verdict is TBD if hubby and I will have kid #2 once our son is 2) Maverick on June 25, 2016. I love my son more than life itself. I wouldn't trade him for the world and I wouldn't want to go back to my life pre-kid (even though it was calmer).
I enjoy writing and it's a good outlet for me! I've blogged before about various topics. This morning I did an incredibly stupid thing (many moms do this) and this afternoon I was inspired to write about it along with all the other dumb things I will do in the future with mommy brain. I'm a working mother so this adds fuel to the fire, trying to take care of a baby and balance a full time job is not easy.
So my fellow mommies if you stumble upon this blog I hope you enjoy it! Motherhood is rewarding but it's also very hard. It's very hard getting two people out the door on time (to moms with multiple children, I salute you for getting 3 or more people out the door on time), it's hard taking care of a tiny human plus yourself, it's hard to make any attempts at cleaning the house or doing household chores while taking care of the kids, it's hard keeping up with your own life while you care for kids, no wonder we do stupid things we're focused on trying to make sure our little one gets what they need while we get the bare minimum of what we need. Cheers to you my fellow mommies and hard workers. Enjoy my entries....if you find any time to read them!
